The Texas Financial Aid Information Center offers a toll-free center for families to call seeking information about financial aid.

Tuition Exemption Programs available through the State of Texas

There are some tuition exemption programs available through the state of Texas for: Foster children, children adopted after age 14, children of disabled or deceased Peace Officers and Firemen, children of deceased Veterans, POWs, or MIAs.

Also: Blind or deaf students and some AFDC/TANF recipients.
