ONE LARGE BACKPACK

The backpack should be large enough to hold a standard sheet of paper without folding; however, it should not be so large that the student cannot carry it comfortably on their back. NO drawstrings, wheels, or buckles on backpacks please. Zippers and/or Velcro closures on backpacks are best for prekindergarten children.

1        Ream of printer paper
10      Folders with pockets and prongs
2        Packages of glue sticks
1        Large box of facial tissues
1        Container of wet wipes
1        Package of large safety pins
1 Package of white paper plates (no strofoam)
1 Box ziplock bags (gallon or quart size)
1 Bottle of hand sanitizer
1 Playdoh

Additional supplies may be requested at registration.

The following is a list of supplies kindergarten students will need to start the school year. These supplies will need to be replaced periodically during the year. A note will be sent home when supplies need to be replenished or when extra supplies are needed.

1        Pair of scissors (Fiskars metal safety scissors are recommended)
2        8 oz. Bottles of white school glue (no gel or colored please) Elmer’s recommended
2        .21 ounce washable glue sticks
2        Boxes of 24 small crayons
1        Box of large Crayola Brand “Classic” washable markers

NOTE: The markers need to be the eight basic colors only. (Red, blue, yellow, green, black, brown, purple and orange). Avoid colors which are labeled Bold Pastel, Bright, Glitter, Fluorescent and Glow-in-the-dark.

2        70 or 100 sheet spiral notebooks (plain solid color covers-no decorated covers)
1        Box storage bags with zip lock tops (boys-gallon size only) (girls-sandwich or quart size)
2        Folders with pockets and no prongs
1        Package of number 2 pencils (plain yellow)
1        Large box of facial tissues
1        Container of wet wipes
1        Backpack – (No wheels and big enough to hold a pocket folder without folding)
1        Ream of printer paper
