Swine Flu Precautions
Flour Bluff I.S.D. is taking extra precautions to help prevent any contamination of the Swine Flu to its students and staff. All teachers, faculty and staff are continually on alert to keep our schools safe and secure.

The custodial staff cleans on a daily basis to be sure our buildings are cleaned and sanitized. As an extra precaution school buses are being wiped down at the end of each day with a disinfecting sanitizer outside their normal cleaning process.

The following information has been issued to staff to help provide the necessary precautions to students:

• When coughing, cover your mouth with an article of clothing or use a kleenex. Coughing in the hand is unacceptable.

• Do not come to school if you are running a fever of 100 degrees or more. Go to your doctor within 48 hours.

• Stay home if you are sick.

• Wash your hands with soap and water.
