Transcript Information

 

To obtain official high school transcripts,
you must supply the following information:
  • Student Name (maiden name if married)
  • Year of Graduation
  • Birthdate
  • Social Security Number
  • Request in writing (which includes an address to send the transcript to). Include signature and phone number.
  • The cost of a transcript is $2.00 (cash, check or money order - make all checks out to Flour Bluff High School)
