Transcript Information

To obtain official high school transcripts, you must supply the following information:

Student Name (maiden name if married) Year of Graduation Birthdate Social Security Number Request in writing (which includes an address to send the transcript to). Include signature and phone number. The cost of a transcript is $2.00 (cash, check or money order - make all checks out to Flour Bluff High School)
